Seminar on Food Safety and the Uptake of Nanomaterial across the Gut
A Seminar was organized by Department of Nutrition of Cihan University on 2nd of May, 2019, entitled Food Safety and the Uptake of Nanomaterial across the Gut, and was presented by Professor Richard Handy from University of Plymouth, UK.
The purpose of the seminar was to give an overview on the current trend on Nanomaterial and its applications in food industry and its toxicity assessment on human health.
