in the Civil Engineering Department with the names (Mr. Chya Badran, Hakar Haji and Dana Wshyar), they presented an important seminar entitled (Flash and
Fire point and Ductility Test of the bitumen) on 29th November
2016 under the supervision of Assistant lect. Dlzar Bakr Qadr. The main objective
of this seminar is that to demonstrate the significance of these two test in
Flexible pavement construction of roads and they discussed the result with the
standard specification code.
