Sight Translation Fieldwork

On October, 28th, 2021, the sophomores of the Translation Department at Cihan University-Erbil participated in fieldwork concocted by Assistant Lecturer, Imadin Maged Zannrni.

     The activity was an academic endeavor aiming at engaging students in the local and international labor market. During the activity, the students practiced Sight Translation on the Court. They also practiced bilingual communication in order to upgrade their receptive and productive skills as well.

      It is worth mentioning that due to the importance of Sight Translation and Interpretation in the translation market, the Translation Department of Cihan University-Erbil has genuinely emphasized the development of these skills in the translation students.
