STUDENTS FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSLATION, CELEBRATED WORLD TEACHERS’ DAY WITH THEIR LECTURERS

On 5 October 2022 (Wednesday), students from the Department of Translation, Cihan University, Erbil, celebrated World Teachers’ Day with their lecturers. All lecturers from department of translation were invited to participate in this special day.

Students first played the Happy Teachers’ Day song while handing out flowers to the lecturers. Later, Dr. Shirvan Aminzadeh, head of translation department, gave a speech on World Teachers Day, which has been adopted since 1994 to recognize the work and situations of educators and teachers around the world.

Cihan University-Erbil aims to improve the teaching and learning process in Kurdistan, honoring highly qualified teachers and intelligent students who serve this achievement.
