THE DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZED A FIELD VISIT TO THE COCA-COLA FACTORY

On 2 November 2022 (Wednesday), the Department of Business Administration organized a field visit to the Coca-Cola factory under the supervision of the Assistant Lecturer Ms. Bushra Ali and the Assistant Lecturer Mr. Dlovan Wrya for a group of students to enhance their theoretical and practical applications on the ground.

The first part of the visit included a review of worker safety procedures in factories and in emergency situations. In the second part of the visit, the students met Mr. Aavand Taher Nader the company’s Public Relations and Communications Officer. He explained and informed the students about the history of the company and its development over the years. Additionally, the students met Ranajber Othman Omar, the company’s Quality Engineering Specialist. He informed and explained the mechanisms by which the various ingredients are stored, prepared, and  mixed to create the final product.

In the end, Assistant Lecturer Ms. Bushra Ali and Assistant Lecturer Mr. Dlovan Wrya thanked Mr. Aavand Taher Nader and Mr. Ranajber Othman Omar for providing their assistance and care to the students and wished them success.
