The Department of Media Organizes a Training Course on Body language and Art of Recitation Presented by TIA Institution

The Department of Media at Cihan University – Erbil, in cooperation with (TIA) institution, organized a training course on body language and art of recitation for students of the fourth and second stage in Department of Media on Wednesday 17/11/2021 in the Cihan Academy Hall. The training course was attended by the head of the media department, the Lecturer Amanj Ali Othman. The director of the institution who presented the lecture, Ms. Shelan Khaled Mustafa, and the trainer, Mr. Balin Jaff, and many students of Media Department.

Many things were discussed as pronunciation of words and letters correctly and controlling voice tone. The trainer Mr. Balin talked about the importance of body movements and how to control them to deliver a specific message to the other counterpart. The two-hour course included practical training for the lecturers in pronouncing letters and words on one side and on the other side, body language.

At the end of the course, the students asked many questions and inquiries that would help them in performing their media work, whether in presenting news and recitations or conducting press, radio and television interviews.
