The president of Cihan University Erbil and the vice president of the Polish Council talked about scientific relations with the universities of the country
Professor Dr. Amjad Saber Delaw, president of Cihan University Erbil, discussed the level of scientific and academic relations between them and Poland’s universities during a meeting with the delegation of the Deputy Consul of Poland in the Kurdistan Region.
On Sunday,29/5/2022, professor Dr. Amjad Saber, deputy consul of Poland in Kurdistan Region, in an interview with Stanislav Gulinski, president of Cihan University Erbil. After welcoming the guest delegation, Dalo said: that Cihan Erbil University has a strong relationship with Poland’s universities within the framework of its scientific policy to strengthen scientific relations with the world’s advanced universities.
During his speech, the president of Cihan University Erbil spoke in detail about the level of relations and said: “So far we have held several joint science conferences with Polish universities, while now four of our university students in the country are within the framework of the program.” Erasmus Plus will also visit the country for a course in the next few days, in addition to signing a memorandum of understanding with several other universities in the country so that they can work. To work together, especially in the field of holding joint conferences, exchanging science staff, and conducting joint scientific research to serve the scientific course and develop the knowledge and scientific exchange.
Professor Dr. Amjad Saber Delaw explained that we are pleased that as a leading and private university in Kurdistan, Adrian Charneka, a Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Political Sciences and Security Research at Nicolaus Copernicus University In the Polish city of ToRUCavs, to conduct his Doctorate thesis on an important issue for our people, which is the independence of Kurdistan, especially at this time, for this purpose, all kinds of support, cooperation and the facilitation of Cihan University Erbil to conduct its research.
In return, the Deputy Consul of Poland in Kurdistan Region expressed his happiness at the level of the development of his country’s scientific relations with Kurdistan Region in general, and Cihan University-Erbil in particular, and reiterated. Their country’s consulate in Kurdistan Region encourages universities to further develop relations, as well as emphasizes solving the problems and obstacles that will hinder the development of relations.
