The website management committee of Cihan University – Erbil holds a meeting in accordance with the preventive measures taken by KRG-Iraq to protect from the Novel COVID-19.

On 5/4/2020, the website management committee of Cihan University-Erbil headed by Dr.Amjad Saber Al-Delawi the president of the University held a meeting after the university council meeting through a video conference and by using (Hangouts Meet) application within the framework of the preventive measures committed by Cihan university- Erbil.

The members discussed how to support the Ministry of higher education and scientific researches of KRG in its campaign against the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) as well as, the possibilities of supporting the E-Learning process.

It’s worth it mentioning that Cihan university-Erbil, allocated a page on its website just for the purpose of publishing media content, articles, awareness and the latest information about COVID-19, depending on its staff from the scientific departments and the information provided by the World health organization (WHO).

On another hand, the committee showed its full prepared to support the E-learning process as approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
