Dr. Samir Salahuddin Ahmed, Head of the Department of Public Administration at the University of Cihan - Erbil visited the Parliament of the Kurdistan Region - Iraq on 3-2-2019. Where he met with the President of the Parliament Research Center Dr. Fouad Ahmed Suleiman and his assistant Dr. Medhat Mohammed Suleiman. The two parties stressed the on the need to develop scientific and research relations in order to enhance cooperation to develop mutually beneficial relations in projects and research fields.
