Fourth Day Program of the Delegation from Nutrition Departmentof Cihan University- Erbil at Warsaw University of Life Science, Poland
On Thursday 05/12/2019, the delegation attended a lecture in the presence of Erasmus students about drying food and its effect on nutritional value by Dr. Katarzyna (Lecturer on the Department of Food Engineering). After completing the lecture, the lecturer gave an overview of the structure of the Faculty of Food Sciences, as well as an idea of the curriculum, the Pologna Process system.The delegation then met with the visiting Prof. Amr (from Egypt) and gave a lecture on the role of the Phospholipids and its relationship with Human Nutrition.
