A Scientific Visit by the Fourth-Stage Interior Design Department Students to the Cihan Teaching Hospital Project
On Wednesday (October 4th, 2023), the Interior Design Department, under the supervision of Lecturer Dr. Nagham Ismael Yahya, held a scientific visit involving the fourth-stage Interior Design Department students to the Cihan Teaching Hospital project.
The purpose of the visit was to introduce the students to the hospital lobby, which they will design as part of their Sustainable Design course taken in the current semester. During the visit, Mr. Salim Abdullah Mustafa (Project Manager) provided full explanations of the hospital, which increased the students’ understanding of the project in order to prepare the appropriate interior design for the project.
Through this visit, the students know all the requirements of the project in order to prepare the appropriate interior design. It also enhanced their comprehension of what they will design on the site and how their design will be compatible with its implementation.
