A Seminar entitled ” The applicable law on prescription ” delivered by Dr. younis salah aldeen  on 214   Hall-Department of Law on second of November, 2016. The Seminar was attended by a number of the Lecturers. A debate was commenced to discuss (two sections, the first treat with concept of both (conflict of law and prescriptions civil law, whereas the second is concerned with the determinations of the applicable law on prescriptions. The seminar was concluded by some suggestions by the Presenter and the Participants.
