Accounting Department Students Participate in a Radio Interview at Cihan University Radio

The students of the Accounting Department participated in a radio interview at Cihan Radio entitled (My department is the best) on Wednesday 6/10/2021 at the Cihan Radio building – Erbil, in the presence of the head of department, Assistant Lecturer Firas Noureddin Mardan, and the department rapporteur, Assistant Lecturer Yasser Abdul-Ali Jassem.
During the meeting, the student, Shahd Mazen Muhammad, and the student, Zana Nawzad Omar, from the third stage were hosted to talk about the department, its goals, its mission, the nature of the study, the curricula, and knowing their opinions about university life, their desire to study in the department, and the intended benefit of studying the accounting major, as well as providing their advice to new students about joining the study in the department and the extent to which they practice practical activities.
It is worth noting that the two students spoke in a realistic and transparent manner about the extent of their appreciation and pride for the efforts made by the university and the department’s presidency to facilitate the learning process. They also talked about the great benefit they obtained during their years of study and the accumulated experiences of the teaching staff and in terms of following the latest methods and strategies in teaching methods and linking study with the requirements of the labor market Especially since the curricula followed are similar to the latest curricula in the most prestigious international universities, as well as the availability of diverse job opportunities in various sectors of society after university graduation.
The Accounting Department at Cihan University-Erbil is one of the first departments established in the university and has the largest database of graduate students. The Accounting Department is one of the disciplines required in the labor market and is one of the main requirements for employment in all institutions and companies of all kinds.
