CIHAN UNIVERSITY-ERBIL AWARDED 445 SCHOLARSHIPS TO 12TH GRADE HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES

Within the framework of the long-term plans and programs of Cihan University-Erbil for caring and providing the suitable opportunity  for 12th-grade students and graduates for the academic year (2022-2023) decided to donate (445) scholarships.

In this context, after the applicants submitted their requests for scholarships at various departments of Cihan University, a list of all the applicants who were successful in receiving scholarships at Cihan University-Erbil was made public on March 13, 2023, by university decree number 52.

Prior to that, the president of Cihan University-Erbil announced numerous seats in various departments of the University as Scholarships (deduction of tuition fees by mark) donated to 12th high school graduates in order to fulfill and satisfy the desires and wishes of 12th-grade high school students and graduates, especially for those who got high marks. Additionally, he emphasized that discounts and gifts range from 20% to 100% of tuition fees and are in accordance with university decrees that were made specifically for each student.

The university’s president, Professor Dr. Amjad Sabir Delawi, adds that Cihan University-Erbil is comparable to a top private university that consistently supports young people and gives them appropriate opportunity to develop their abilities and skills in a variety of subjects. All of the students who received these scholarships were congratulated on their accomplishments by the president of Cihan University-Erbil. He also expressed his congratulations to all of Cihan University’s first-year students.
