Cihan University-Erbil Launches Platform to Present Methodologies of International Rankings

The launch event, was held On Sunday, December 22, 2024, in the VIP Hall of the university, brought together distinguished attendees, including Prof. Dr. Amjad Saber Al-Delawi, President of Cihan University-Erbil, alongside both Vices of President, Deans, Head of Scientific Departments, and faculty members. The gathering provided an opportunity to discuss the diverse dimensions of international rankings and their impact on academia.
During the gathering, a scientific seminar was held by Prof. Dr. Salah Yahya, on the various aspects of global university rankings. Addressing the audience in a comprehensive and academic manner, Prof. Dr. Yahya delved into the main and sub-criteria of each ranking system, providing a thorough understanding of their methodologies and key factors.
