DESCRIPTION
The Computer Science Department was established in 2007 at Cihan University-Erbil. The Department offers a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science. The program focuses on providing its students with an inclusive and rigorous education, preparing them for future careers and leadership roles in various computer and IT fields.
VISION
The Department of Computer Science seeks to produce innovators and specialists in computer science and programming languages, establish a distinguished scientific foundation in areas related to the theoretical knowledge and applications of computers, and plans to develop educational tools that meet the highest quality standards.
MISSION
The Department of Computer Science aims to provide appropriate opportunities for capacity building development to invest in information technology advances and produce qualified graduates in the field of education, including those who can deal with software and information efficiently.
