A medical laboratory scientist analyzes a wide range of biological materials to provide the results to physicians. This profession involves performing scientific tests on patient samples using expensive technology, which includes microscopes, hematology, immunoassay, chemistry analyzers, histology, and cytology equipment.
VISION
The vision of the Department of Medical Laboratory Analysis is to be a leading department in both Iraqi and Kurdistan universities to produce professionals in the field of medical laboratory analysis, equipped with scientific skills to provide high-quality services in medical diagnosis and research laboratories.
MISSION
The Department of Medical Laboratory Analysis intends to equip graduates with knowledge, abilities, and ethical practices in medical laboratory investigations to serve people, community members, and research centers. additionally, it offers the necessary qualifications for laboratory workers. Students enrolled in this department will be fully prepared to diagnose diseases professionally through exceptional training in language, awareness, and medical skills.
