Department of Civil Engineering Scientific Trip to the Empire Construction Company- Diamond Towers Project in Erbil

The Department of Civil Engineering organized Scientific Trip for the Second year students to the Empire Construction Company- Diamond Towers Project in Erbil on 29th of January 2020. The company chief engineers illustrated to the students the stages of the project and explained to them the technology used in implementing these towers (formwork and reinforcement). This scientific trip was supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Maher Bahnam AlSamaani, one of the department staff, who also explained to the students the process of producing concrete in the concrete batching plant of the company.
