DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS SCIENCES VISITED TARIN FITNESS CENTER

On May 10, 2023, a group of first and second-stage students from the Department   of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Cihan University- Erbil organized a scientific visit for the students to the Tarin Fitness Center under the supervision of the assistant lecturer Dana Abdel-Baqi Muhammad.

Upon arrival, they were welcomed by Mr. Pashtiwan Mahdi, the director of the center, who outlined the role of the fitness center in improving physic al and health performance, the need to know how the sports equipment in the center works and emphasized its necessity.

The students were briefed to understand the specifications of each piece of equipment and its importance in training to develop muscle groups based on your specialty. Students were also briefed on the Center’s departments, including the large swimming pool, and supervisors explained how to sterilize water, pool cleaning procedures, and maintain cleanliness throughout the center.
