Holding an international joint workshop with Lodz University / Poland
The Department of Business Administration organized a joint international workshop entitled ” University matters and faculty matters – perspectives towards Global Cooperation between Universities” in the presence of students of the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences and a large group of the teaching staff of university professors.
The first part of the workshop was presented by Professor Rafal Matera, in which he talked about the difficulties that universities face regarding research and development, and how to guide students to modern learning methods and keep pace with the rapid development in science and technology.
While the second part was presented by Professor Thomasz Uryszek, in which he dealt with the effects of the global economic situation on countries in general and on universities particularly, and how to avoid these problems and develop universities in a way that is compatible with finding solutions to these economic problems.
The workshop concluded with a series of questions about solving the problems faced by the students and developing the best solutions to these problems.
It is worth mentioning that the joint workshop was fully organized under the auspices of the Head of the Business Administration Department, Dr. Hawkar Qasim Birdawod, and Assistant Lecturer Azwar Mahdi Saleh.
