Legal Translation

 With the attendance of Dr. Imad Rifaat the head of English and Translation departments and  staff members of the two departments ,assistant lecturer Mushtaq Abdullah  from the Department of Translation delivered a seminar entitled `Legal Translation`  on Thursday,10th of December,2015 .

The presentation included information about the history of Translation,the process of translating certain interchangeably used terms  and equivalence in legal translation as a main issue in this field.The power point also included comparisons of terminologies that are close in meaning and the role of translator in choosing the most suitable one .The attendance found the seminar too interesting and valuable.
