Medical Laboratory Science Students Visited to the Quality Control Directorate

Under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Nizar Ibrahim Yusuf, the second-stage students from the Medical Laboratory Science Department paid a visit to the Quality Control Directorate on October 17, 2023.

The students learned about the chambers of the quality control directorate in which medical tests are conducted. Moreover, they were introduced to the various medical tests that are performed by the quality control directorate in the Kurdistan region. During the visit, the students were also given the opportunity to get to know some specific medical tests that are recommended to test foods and medicines imported by the Kurdistan region.

In the end, the students learned about the importance of the results of these tests for maintaining the health of people in the Kurdistan region.
