Presentation on PCR and DNA sequencing
Mr. Hakar Muhammad Saleh from Biology Department delivered a seminar on 14/04/2016 at hall 105, the seminar entitled ” PCR and DNA sequencing”.
The seminar shed a light on using PCR to isolate the genomic from different organisms like bacteria and viruses then use them for DNA sequencing, functional analysis of gene and diagnosis of hereditary diseases. PCR is now a common and often technique used in medical and biological labs.
