Presenting a seminar entitled “Augmented Reality Sandbox”

 Mr. Balen Zrar presented a seminar entitled “Augmented Reality Sandbox”. A number of civil engineering professors and students attended the seminar.

He gave a detailed explanation on designing the device and the cost of it. The device consisted of an open box filled up with white sand and topped with a sensor used to draw and create contour lines in real time.

The AR Sandbox is used for classes such as Hydraulic Structure, Road and Highway, Engineering Surveying, Architecture Landscape, Geology and hydrology.
