Seminar entitled “Mechanical cause of Low back pain/ Disc prolapse types and management

on 09th of May, 2018, a seminar conducted by Dr. Avin M. Arif Maroof, entitled (Mechanical cause of Low back pain/ Disc prolapse types and management), in this seminar the presenter gave an overview about the mechanical causes of back pain and the relation of life long daily activities as causative factor, focused on lumber disc prolapse as one of the main causes, giving a summary about protective measures including low back muscle strengthening exercises and ergonomic postures.
