Students from the Public Administration Department Conduct a Scientific Visit to Fly Erbil

On Thursday, November 27, 2025, second- and fourth-year students from the Department of Public Administration at Cihan University–Erbil conducted a scientific visit to Fly Erbil. The visit was supervised by Assistant Lecturer Raz Azad Jalal.

Upon arrival, the students were warmly received by Mr. Mohammed Zebari, Director of Public Relations, and Ms. Hozar Hawbash, Reservation Supervisor at Fly Erbil.

During the visit, Mr. Mohammed Zebari delivered a brief yet informative presentation outlining the history, development, and organizational structure of Fly Erbil. He explained that the company’s internal structure includes five main office departments: Customer Service, Reservation, Accounting, Marketing, and Management. In addition, he highlighted that Fly Erbil has cabin crew staff who operate on board the aircraft.

Additionally, Ms. Hozar Hawbash explained how the team conducts its daily operations and introduced the Fly Erbil mobile application, noting that customer service is available 24 hours to assist passengers. She also mentioned that Fly Erbil has several international offices, including the Scandinavia Office, G.S.A. Istanbul, Düsseldorf Office, and Amsterdam Office, all of which are dedicated to serving customers and supporting the airline’s operations.

At the end of the visit, the students, along with their supervisor, extended their appreciation to the Fly Erbil team for their hospitality and for sharing insightful information about the company’s operations.
