On Monday 1-11-2021, the Department of Business Administration organized a scientific trip for third-year students under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Bushra Ali and the Assistant Lecturer Laila Bahjat Shareef to the Spark Company for General Trading and construction services.
During the visit, Eng. Muhammad Majid the administration and human resources manager gave a three part comprehensive explanation about the major opportunities and threats that face the companies, the first part included clarifying the obstacles of managing the companies regarding the employing standards, rewards and bonuses) in a way that match the employees qualities and the difference between human resources in the governmental sector and human resources in private sector and the impact of the human resources manager’s personality on the continuity of success of the company, in addition to studying the labor’s law for personnel management .
the second part included explaining the crucial role of hiring experienced employees with international certificates, such as the CMA certificate in accounting and the AHR and PHR certificates in human resources management.
While the third part included clarifying the momentousness of having versed salesmen and the necessity of providing an intense training courses to equip the employees with sufficient expertise in addition to achieving the company’s long-term goals.
At the end of the visit the students joined the showrooms of the company on a tour and examined the various types of alabaster marble tiles and bathroom and kitchen ceramics, and the students asked many remarkable questions regarding the human resources, accounting, marketing and sales.
