The Department of Public Administration Organized a Friendly Football Match at Cihan University-Erbil Stadium

On Thursday, October 16, 2025, the Department of Public Administration at Cihan University–Erbil organized a friendly football match at the university stadium. The event featured a friendly competition between the Department of Public Administration and the Erbil Physical Education Institute teams.

The Public Administration Department and the Erbil Physical Education Institute teams, supervised by Dr. Hawkar Pirdawad, Assistant Lecturer Raz Azad Jalal, Mr. Yosef Hamad Mawlid, and Dr. Kaify Ali respectively, performed admirably, showcasing their talents and dedication throughout the match.

An enthusiastic and friendly atmosphere prevailed throughout most of the match. The match concluded with the Erbil Physical Education Institute team securing a victory, scoring a total of five goals compared to the Public Administration team’s three. For the Public Administration team, Abdullah Omer, Aland Mohammed, and Dyari Xalid each scored one goal.

At the end of the match, Assistant Lecturer Raz Azad Jalal presented symbolic trophies as a gesture of sportsmanship and to celebrate the friendly atmosphere shared between the teams throughout the match.
