The Department of Radiological Imaging Technologies Students Visited Jumhury Hospital

On October 12th, 2023 (Thursday), a group of second-stage Radiological Imaging Technologies Department students of Cihan University-Erbil, under the supervision of Lecturer Dr. Aza Esmail Abdi, held a scientific visit to Jumhury Hospital in Erbil.

The objectives of this visit were to increase the students’ knowledge of different medical imaging techniques and to provide them with an opportunity to observe various diagnostic devices, including the X-ray device, Computed Tomography (CT) scan, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).

During this scientific visit, the students learned the principles of these techniques, their main differences, and their advantages.
