THE INTERIOR DESIGN DEPARTMENT ORGANIZED A SCIENTIFIC VISIT TO SPANISH VILLAGE

On 25 September 2022, a group of second-stage students from the Department of Interior Design, visited the Spanish Village near Kangan city, 150 meters from Cihan University-Erbil, under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Ms. Asmaa Ahmed.

During the visit, the professors, along with the site engineer, gave a detailed explanation of all parts of the project, focusing on the dimensions and building materials used, as well as the project’s internal plans.

Later on, the students made a full survey of the measurements of the housing units on the site, identify the different aspects of the design process; recognize the project plans, and spaces before starting the interior design project.
