The launch of the voluntary afforestation campaign “Plant for the future”

On 12-12-2022, the department of business administration launched the first level of the major afforestation campaign entitled “plant for the future”, this campaign is organized by the Department of Business Administration, under the supervision of the Assistant Lecturer Ms. Bushra Ali with the participation and implementation of the students of the Business Administration Department from all academic levels.

The first level of the campaign included the planting of the first batch of trees (50 trees), the types of trees varied from oak trees, Praise and pomegranates, in addition to 30 ornamental plants, the trees and plants were planted in Martyrs of Rizgari Educational Complex in Rizgari district/Erbil Governorate.

It is worth to mention that the students from all academic levels carried out the agriculture and planting activities along with the academic staff of the Department of Business Administration. This project is considered a first step which will be followed by many steps in order to plant as many trees as possible in different areas of Erbil.
