The MHE in KRG issued new regulation of Faculty of Law
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Kurdistan Region – Iraq issued the article No. (9/23458) dated on 05/11/2015 regarding study of the law in the governmental and private universities, which considers that the study at the Faculty of Law should be for a period of five (5) years and the system of studying should be annual instead of courses system and the mark of pass is 60% .The subjects taught in the first stage should be as shown below. This decision should
come into force by the study year 2015-2016
