The President of the Cihan University – Erbil, Prof. Dr. Amjad Saber Al-Delawi, received on Wednesday 3/4/2019 a delegation from the United Nations International Organization (Zitou Siani), where they discussed human rights issues and their implementation in the universities and also discussed the role of the MOU in the development of the universities.
