Two more student groups are scheduled to depart for Poland at the beginning of October this year
Following the signing of memorandums of agreement between Polish universities and Cihan University-Erbil, plans are being made at the university to send two more student groups to study in Poland.
Six students make up the first batch of students who will go to Poland in compliance with the conditions of the agreement between Cihan University-Erbil and the University of Lodz in Poland to pursue a course of study there. The second group of students, on the other hand, is made up of five students based on the scientific standards shared by Cihan University-Erbil and Warsaw University of Life Sciences, as well as the ongoing implementation of their agreement in Poland.
In October of this year, these two student groups will depart for Poland to finish a four-month course of study. This is a step in the ongoing efforts of Cihan University-Erbil to offer distinctive opportunities for students at various study levels with the goal of raising their level of ability and competence in accordance with their areas of specialisation.
This round will be the sixth round of sending the students to abroad. The first round was in 2019 and included 10 students, as the second round was in 2022 and consisted of 4 students، and the third round included 17 students who arrived in the country in 2023. In addition to sending four teachers, the fifth, which consisted of three groups and 11 students, successfully completed a course of study in the country in 2024.
For the academic year 2024–2025, Cihan University–Erbil intends to send more than 20 students from all departments to universities in Poland. The students are asked to visit the department office on Sunday, September 1, 2024, to register and gain new skills that will help them in the future in order to take advantage of this chance.
