A Student from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Cihan University-Erbil Participated in a Football Refereeing Course.

Sima Dara Muhammad, a fourth-year student in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Cihan University-Erbil, recently took part in a football refereeing course hosted by the Soran Independent Administration. The course spanned three days, from August 29 to August 31, 2024.

The Kurdistan Football Association, in cooperation with the Sports Directorate of the Soran Administration, organized the event, which brought together 40 participants from across the Kurdistan Region. At the end of the course, prizes and referee certificates were presented to all participants.

In addition to her refereeing experience, Sima Dara Muhammad is also a recognized goalkeeper at the national level, representing the Naft Al-Shamal Club. She is well-regarded in the Kurdistan region for her role as a goalkeeper with the Afra Tan Kurdistan Club. Sima Dara Muhammad has been actively involved in various sports activities and has officiated numerous tournaments held at the fields of Cihan University-Erbil.
