A Scientific Trip of the Medical Laboratory Science Department Students to the Bio Laboratory

First-year Medical Laboratory Science Department students visited the Bio Laboratory on May 10, 2023 under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Mr. Rebin Salah Ali. They were welcomed by the laboratory staff.

During this visit, the students visited the Laboratory Departments. First, the students were introduced to the ways to receive patients in the reception department and then visited the Sampling Department and Hematology, Bacteriology, and Viruses Department. Students were also introduced to various laboratory equipment such as COBAX, CBC, VITIK, ELISA, and RT-PCR.

Finally, the laboratory staff answered the students’ questions related to medical laboratory science.
