On 16/1/2020, Professor Dr. Mowaffaq Ahmed Ali Al-Sayidia chaired a committee discussing a doctoral thesis for a student at Dohuk University entitled “Determining the pattern of use of returns management and its quality and their impact on capital investment decision-making” in the discussion hall at Dohuk University.
