Department of General Education Visited Maarif International School

On Sunday, October 8, 2023, a group of fourth-year students from the General Education Department, under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Dashne Abdulla Saeed, visited Maarif International School. The primary aim of this visit was to expose the students to the modern teaching methodologies employed at the school.

Following their arrival, they were welcomed by Vice Principal Mr. Bashdar Ihsan Abdullah and Academic Coordinator Ms. Wlat Kareem Sherwany, who briefed them about the school’s mission and vision.

Later, the students were divided into groups and observed how technology and interactive teaching aids are used to make learning engaging and student-centered. The visit provided a unique opportunity for the students to interact with teachers and observe the teaching methods in action. They were able to witness the use of technology, interactive teaching tools, and a student-centered learning environment, which are essential parts of modern education.

At the end of the visit, Assistant Lecturer Dashne Abdulla Saeed expressed her sincere gratitude and appreciation to the teaching and administrative staff for their warm welcome and extended her best wishes for their continued success.
