One of Poland’s higher education students and the deputy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Science Research met each other
During the scientific activities, Ms. Adriana Charneka, a Ph.D. student at Kopernicus University in Turon, Poland, held several other scientific meetings.
For this purpose, on Wednesday (1/6/2022), Ms. Adriana Charneka held a scientific meeting with Professor Dr. Abdul Fattah Abdul Razaq, deputy minister of higher education and scientific research, at the Ministry of Higher Education and Science Research.
In the meeting, which was attended by Dr. Maison Haideri, assistant president of Cihan University Erbil for scientific affairs, Ms. Adriana Charneka, professor Dr. Abdul Fattah Abdul Razaq, discussed the Kurdish issue and the independent issue of Kurdistan.
Science research has shown its pleasure that a Doctorate student in another country is dedicating his Doctorate thesis to an important subject, which is the independence of Kurdistan. The law of establishing a state and the structure of Kurdistan in terms of the law and position of Kurdistan in the constitutional principles for Ms. Adriana Charneka and then answered the questions.

In this way, Ms. Adriana Charneka ended her visit after holding several scientific meetings in Kurdistan Region, presenting a symposium and workshop, and returning to Poland is currently in the process of writing a doctoral thesis, which is dedicated to Kurdistan’s independence under the title Kurdish Independence Capital in the Middle East.
Generally, all the countries throughout the world and Poland, in particular, accepted the student’s hospitality and provided all the facilities including scientific and logistic support, to enable them to work carefully on the conduct of her research.
To successfully conduct his research, the student needs assistance and support from all four parts of Kurdistan, including Cihan University Erbil, in continuing its scientific cooperation and cooperation with advanced universities while staying in Kurdistan.
