Participation of the Department of Informatics and Software Engineering in the Huawei ME&CA Commercial Roadshow

At the Huawei ME&CA Commercial Roadshow, a workshop was held at the Radisson Hotel in Erbil on Monday, August 19, 2024, for the Chinese company, Huawei.

In this event, Cihan University-Erbil was represented by Assistant Lecturer Adel Hussein Muhammad and Dr. Fatima Hasri from the Department of Informatics and Software Engineering, in the presence of a representative from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and a group of companies operating and specializing in the field. Huawei reviewed its work worldwide and its future vision using artificial intelligence technologies.

On the sidelines of this event, many side meetings were held with the participating companies to initiate scientific visits and joint workshops, as well as invitations for Huawei to visit our university to learn about the physical entities present in the university from the fiber optic networks, internet services, and means of clarification in the lesson and laboratory.
