Students of Cihan University-Erbil Test the Activity of Secretions by Using Acid Phosphate at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Poland
Through their studies at Warsaw University of Life Sciences (Poland), students of Cihan University-Erbil tested the secretions’ activity by using phosphate acid.
On Wednesday (23/10/2024), in the Biochemistry laboratory of SGGW University, two students of Cihan University-Erbil (Paywand Pashtiwan Pusho from the Department of Medical Laboratory Science and Salman Marham Mohammed from the Department of Community Health Nursing) conducted three tests on the activity of secretions by applying acid phosphate. They did the experiments under the supervision of Professor Dr. Anna Rybarczyk, and they found several important results that were effective on the secretions.
Moreover, the above-cited students participated in another lab exercise guided by Dr. Ewa Fürstenberg, exploring two key areas: skeletal muscle and exercise physiology. They measured muscle contraction as a function of stimulus intensity and assessed cardiovascular fitness through post-exercise hemodynamic parameters. This hands-on experience helped them to understand the relationship between stimulus intensity, muscle response, and cardiovascular adaptation during exercise.
Practical training and scientific activities have great impacts on students’ understanding, learning, and ability development which will eventually assist them in their working environment.
