Students’ Practical Activity on Designing and Implementing Mathematical Logic Circuits

First level students in computer science department worked in groups to design logic circuits that do binary operations as a mini calculator. Through designing such mini calculator, students became familiar with the basic concepts of mathematical operations in scientific calculators and computers.

Computer science department in Cihan University-Erbil emphasizes highly on practical works as students’ academic activities along with theory lectures. This practical activity was supervised by Asst.Prof. Dr. Reem Jafar Ismail, the module leader of logic design program.
