The Department of Computer Science at Cihan University – Erbil Celebrated Programmer’s Day and Honored Its Top Student
On Thursday, September 12, 2024, the academic staff of the Department of Computer Science at Cihan University – Erbil organized a celebration in honor of Programmer’s Day. It marks the 256th day of the year, representing the highest value that can be stored in one byte and denoting creativity and innovation in programming.
The event included a programming competition among students, during which the top student, Diar Eskander Saleem, was awarded a Motivational Prize for his outstanding performance. Furthermore, various entertaining activities were held to form a bond between the students and the academic staff.
