The Department of International Relations and Diplomacy organized a virtual press conference session
On Tuesday, April 6, 2021, the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy organized a virtual diplomatic press conference in the Cihan Radio and TV Studio under the supervision of the Assistant Lecturer Rashid Mikael. The training was on how to confront the camera and how to answer the questions, how to present news programs and political dialogues for fourth year students in both morning and evening studies.
First, Assistant Lecturer Rashid Mikael gave a lecture on the style of the diplomatic statement. Then a virtual press conference was organized, where the student, Sara Nizar, played the role of a presenter in a talk show with their supervisor who was in the role of a Russian ambassador in Iraq and spoke about Russian interests in the Middle East.
The students Razhan Khaled and Muhammed Mirkhan performed the role of the presenters of a documentary program about the cultural heritage of Kurdish people.
The students Ankin Ravi and Wassef Waad took the role of reports to cover the visit of Pop Francis of Vatican to Iraq and discussed different aspects of the visit.
