The students of the Media Department visit Kurdistan TV

Kurdistan TV’s main headquarters in Erbil was visited by fourth-stage Media Department students from Cihan University-Erbil on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.

The channel’s employees welcomed the students before Ismail Harki, the director, gave them a tour of the studio and its operations, explaining how the media works and how to create and direct shows.

The students also went to the channel’s newsroom at another location they visited, where authorities and staff members talked about how to plan, organize, evaluate, and publish content as well as manage social media editing and control. The students gained familiarity with the daily tasks performed by the staff members of these departments and the media.
