Cihan University-Erbil’s students in Poland are doing a variety of scientific projects
Students from Cihan University-Erbil engage in a range of activities at the laboratories of Warsaw University of Life Sciences as part of their coursework, continuing their work and scientific pursuits.
For this reason, two Biomedical Department students, Razan Raed Barani and Abdulrahman Yaareb, are studying nanoparticles. The main goal of their research is to ascertain how nanoparticles affect human live fibroblast cells. In this instance, Abdulrahman Yaareb used pomegranates as an example in his study, whereas Rezan Raed used orange nanoparticles as examples in her research.
Conversely, Razan Raed Barani of the Biomedical Sciences department conducted a research study that advanced our understanding of medicine and health. She set out on a scientific journey with extraordinary accuracy, exploring the intricate mechanisms behind the symbiotic interaction between vitamins, minerals, and human health. She was able to demonstrate through her research the critical role these micronutrients play in bolstering the body’s defenses against illness. Her research shed light on the intricate interactions that exist between immunity and dietary components and offered profound insights into the possible therapeutic uses of anti-inflammatory minerals in the treatment of chronic illnesses.
In addition, as part of his Corporate Finance course, Omar Adil Abbas, a student in the Business Administration Department at Poland Warsaw University of Life Sciences, was advised by his professor, Katarzyna Boratynska, to visit the Poland National Bank Money Center Museum to gain insight into the development of the country’s stock market and currency exchange as well as to view the bank’s original accountant desk, which still had an antiquated keyboard and calculator.
On the other hand, Omer Adil Abbas، Laalea Samher Khasroin from the Bussiness Department, Abdullrahman Yareeb from the Biomedical Department، and Maab Hasan Ali Murad from the Department of Medical Biochemical Analysis, journeyed to Krakow and visited several cultural and archaeological areas of the country، and were closely familiar with the history، culture and heritage of the country.
