Department of Architectural Engineering Students Conduct a Scientific Field Visit to Unique Tower

On Wednesday, October 14, 2026, a group of fourth-year students from the Department of Architectural Engineering at Cihan University–Erbil conducted a scientific field visit to Unique Tower under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Aws Ahmed Abdulhameed.

Upon arrival, the students were officially received by Mr. Razgar Maghdid Salih, an architectural engineering staff member at Unique Tower.

During the visit, Mr. Razgar introduced the students to the residential complex’s overall master plan and explained the utility systems serving the buildings, emphasizing the importance of these services in residential apartments.

He also provided practical insights into architectural design and the application of modern construction techniques and materials.

Furthermore, he discussed interior design aspects relevant to the students’ curriculum, focusing on newly incorporated design elements, spatial organization, circulation paths, and the relationship between interior spaces and residential needs.
