Prof. Dr. Amjad S. Al-Delawi, President of Cihan University-Erbil signs Accord with Al-Hussein Bin Talal University of Jordan’s President

After engaging in discussions with fellow university presidents at the fourth Arab-Turkish Conference on Higher Education, hosted by Istanbul Aydın University in Turkey, Prof. Dr. Amjad S. Al-Delawi, President of Cihan University-Erbil, held a meeting with Prof. Dr. Atef Al-Kharabsheh, President of Al-Hussein Bin Talal University in Jordan. This meeting was part of the broader series of dialogues at the conference.

In their discussions, both parties explored potential avenues for collaboration, emphasizing the importance of academic exchange between their university faculties and staff. They also deliberated on mechanisms to enable student exchanges and training initiatives across their institutions. A significant part of their conversation revolved around the creation of a joint bachelor’s degree program, underscoring their commitment to enhancing educational opportunities.

Following their discussions, Prof. Dr. Amjad S. Al-Delawi, President of Cihan University-Erbil and Professor Dr. Atef Al-Kharabsheh, President of Al-Hussein Bin Talal University, signed an agreement for collaborative work in various fields between the two universities.
