Scientific Trip to Pearl Towers Project/ Empire Company / Erbil

Second year students in the Department of Civil Engineering visited Empire Construction Company- Pearl Towers Project in Erbil on 8/12/2020. The Project managers and Engineers Chabok and Rayan illustrated for the students the stages of the project and explained for them the technology used in building these towers (from piling, formwork, reinforcement and concreting process).

The scientific trip was supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Maher Bahnam Al-Samaani,  who explained for the students the structural system of the buildings and the process of drilling and implementation of the piles.
