The Department of Computer Science at Cihan University-Erbil Organized a Scientific Visit to RedCode Company

On Tuesday, January 28, 2025, the Department of Computer Science at Cihan University-Erbil organized an enriching scientific visit to RedCode company, a leading Information Technology company, under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Laith Razoki Flaih. The visit provided third-stage students with an invaluable opportunity to explore the practical realities and emerging trends within the IT industry.

During the visit, the students were warmly welcomed by Mr. Halkawt Mahdi, the manager of RedCode, who delivered an insightful presentation on the growth of careers in Computer Science. He discussed the key challenges faced by fresh graduates entering the workforce and offered strategic guidance on how to successfully navigate these hurdles. A central theme of the discussion was the rapid growth of technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI).
